What is Flair?
Flair Personnel is NOT a Talent Agency
Talent Agencies such as Entertainers and Modeling Agencies are "booking agents/managers" and legally obliged to refer "Talent" to clients directly for management and renumeration.
Talent are then intended to pay their agent a traditional (commission) fee of around 10-15% and are technically responsible for their own insurances, superannuation, work cover compensation and business costs, and can be a high risk deal in any public liability environment.
Flair Personnel is NOT a Licensed Recruitment Agency!
We are a Marketing Agency that employs/contracts Promotions Personnel on a casual/temporary basis to work on our behalf for our prestige clients.
Flair hires, trains, supervises and pays wages to our promotion staff therefore all liability begins and ends with Flair.
Flair Personnel Pty Ltd is owned by Cairns, Queensland based Splash Business Group Pty Ltd, and offers a number marketing services available nationally, including an Outbound Technological Call Centre and the Flair Web Design Studio
