Terms and Conditions for Flair Personnel:
We are proud of our team and we take measures to protect all of our candidates interests, from prompt payment to absolute safety.
Please review our Terms & Conditions of Business prior to confirming your booking with Flair Personnel:
- Invoicing Unless other arrangements have been negotiated, assignments will be invoiced weekly in advance and must be fully paid by client and (and drawable upon) no later than 48 hours prior to Job Commencement. Booking Contracts work from week to week.
- Samples, Materials and Freight Unless otherwise negotiated, all equipment, materials and items required for a Promotional Campaign, plus their freighting to the venue is the responsibility of the client or their representative, and Flair reserves the right to charge on additional supervisory time and expenses.
- Staff briefings are chargeable by the hour and payable to staff whom attend. We request that Briefings ideally fall upon the same day of promotion commencement.
- Minimum Staff Hire We have a minimum 4 hour call for all promotional jobs, i.e. a minimum 4 hour charge.
- Fittings and Equipment Collection Time and Fuel expenses are payable to promotions staff whom are required to pick up and drop off promotional equipment or materials to any specified location. Flair can alternatively negotiate to arrange couriers to do the same.
- Flair Personnel Safety Policy. For certain promotions, e.g. nightclub, conventions or any other celebratory promotions that particularly include alcohol, it is mandatory to supply a minimum of two promotions personnel per event.
- Job Standards Flair Personnel will not negotiate or supply promotions personnel for any event deemed by our office staff to be dangerous, inappropriate, derogatory or offensive.Promotions Personnel are instructed to leave inappropriate, derogatory or offensive premises and report back to our Agency immediately. There will be no refund to client.
- Legal Liabilities Unless otherwise negotiated with Flair, it is the client's responsibility to confirm viability and validity of promotional venues and locations. This includes Council for Private Property Permits, By-Laws, Public Liability and Trespass. Staff health, safety and comfort must be considered, e.g. the provision of drinking water, shade, warmth and amenities for outdoor promotions.
- Costumes and Outfits Unless otherwise negotiated clients are responsible for the purchase and supply of specialised e.g. uniforms and/or costumes. Time and fuel costs are applicable to fittings and pick-up.
- Cancellations must be received by our office no later than 48 hours prior to promotion commencement, or full fee will be chargeable.
- Staff Employment An Introduction Consulting Fee of $2,000 per Promotions Operative is applicable to clients whom engage a Flair candidate in employmemt directly as a result of an interview, introduction or promotion.
WeeklyBooking Confirmations
You will receive a weekly booking confirmation with these terms and conditions itemised, and this must be signed and faxed back to our office before we can supply staff.
